Hey There!
I'm Stephanie Lindamood. I grew up in the new home construction industry, and began my career as a new home sales professional.
After selling over 300 new homes as a new home sales counselor, I transitioned to real estate. Today, I partner with new home sales managers - and have helped my home builder partners close over 450 new homes to families in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
I do this by helping my clients sell their current house above asking price and on schedule, freeing their mind up to focus less on selling their house and more on moving into the home of their dreams.
It's a win-win! I get to help new home builders in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area increase sales, decrease cancellation rates and build confidence in their backlog while at the same time working with families looking to sell their existing home and get into their new home with ease and peace of mind.
I also work with past clients that are ready to sell their existing home and move on to a new chapter.
