So we've been talking about the Ketogenic Diet the past few weeks and know the science behind it from Part 1 of the Keto Series, and also the macros and nutrition information to get into ketosis from Part 2, I thought I'd share some core keto foods and ingredients that I make sure to stock my pantry and fridge with so that I'm always good to go! **Note - this is not a exhaustive list - these are just core things that I make sure I have on hand. I've linked things that are my faves to help as well.
One thing I love about cooking meals that are keto friendly, the recipes are usually very easy and honestly there aren't a ton of ingredients so most of the recipes are super easy!
For all of these ingredients it's key if you can purchase organic whenever you have the opportunity.
