OOH So today I'm sharing with you my go to everyday keto bulletproof coffee recipe that I love so much!!! I drink this on the daily and it is so good, it keeps me full for hours, and is super low in carbs and sugar!!!

I start each morning out with 3 things....after I get some doggie kisses!!! If I work out in the morning, then this all comes after my workout.
- Apple Cider Vinegar Shot (Link to blog post where I discuss the benefits)
- Glass of Water with Lemon
- Bulletproof Coffee
I usually have my bulletproof coffee around 9am and then I don't really feel like eating until maybe 2pm or 3pm.
I certainly don't get an energy crash during the day because there's not really any sugar in my bulletproof coffee and my blood sugar isn't being spiked from carbs (Note: this recipe is only 1.6 grams of carbs). I also don't have the urge to snack because the ingredients in my bulletproof coffee satisfy me completely.

The recipe that I drink daily really helps me get a good chunk of the healthy fats that I need as part of a healthy ketogenic diet.
In this post, I discuss the recommended macros or breakdown of the percentage of fats, proteins, and carbohydrates that are suggested to help you get into the fat burning state of ketosis so that your body converts from being a sugar burner to a fat burner.

Keto Bulletproof Coffee
Ingredients
- 12 oz Coffee
- 1 TBSP MCT Oil
- 1 TBSP Ghee
- 1/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1-3 Packets Stevia Sweeten to your liking
- 1 Pump Sugar Free Hazelnut Coffee Syrup
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Brew coffee
- Add in all the ingredients
- Blend in a blender
The way this recipe reads, it's 428 Calories, 50.2 Grams of Fat, 1.6 Grams of Carbohydrates an 0 Grams of Protein.
